Print on physical tickets are illegible. Corrective action needs to be taken immediately. No pre-printed rolls are required. Let tickets be printed on plain A4 paper. Govt. will save money on printing pre-printed roll. Remove dot-matrix printer and replace with laser printer.

What it seems to me (although not quite visually challenged/impaired, but definitely reduced - for past six decades) font size is not the actual culprit, but maintenance of the printers. They are working with worn out printer heads and ink depleted printer ribbons. As is prevalent in many other areas of the Indian Railways administration, there is nobody to look after/ supervise these activities. more
The font size for vital info such as name, age, gender seat/berth no., coach no. train no. and name as also date of journey, arrival, departure time needs to be increased substantially. Senior citizens and those with poor eyesight need to be given relief. more
