Ignoring courts who is responsible

The Judges themselves are responsible for such a situations. Today's judgements are not delivery of justice. It is the personal opinion of the judge on the arguments he has chosen from those placed before him. Than considering all the facts before him and then deciding who is at fault and what is the punishment. Which should deter others from doing the same offence. The Law has given them vast powers to use for public good. But it is being used to protect and promote culprits. The principle that an innocent should not be punished is used to protect guilty.
If the judiciary has done proper justice there will not be appeals. Today the way judgements are delivered makes every one feel cheated and tries to have his way as the next judge can be purchased.
I was surprised to know from a litigant that in CBI courts also there is a scheme where you can purchase favourable orders and the given money will be returned if the order is not in your favour.
Can you imagine a Karnataka High court judge orders in a victimization of an officer by the executives whose irregularities where brought out by the officer as part of his official duty was removed by the executives misusing their executive powers, since the officer is stickler for rules he may be given compulsory retirement. Only change of words with same effect.
Such judgements can be given only by incompetent, biased and corrupt judge only. more

Dear CSN Sarma Ji, Namaskar. I was hesitant to get in to discussion with U because I think U R in the legal profession and I thought U were soft to this community. My only concern is that Ideal people or desirable people can be every where, be in Politics, Judiciary or such other Public service provider/availing public and we have to do all the best to leave a civilized world to our children. This in short in the philosophy of Bharat called "Dharma", and to leave a civilized world means, Akhand Bharat. I have been a selfless social activist, whistle blower. As such at my every step, it is a test of Justice. There have ideal Justice delivery, under & over delivery too. In my opinion, all the Constitutional Authorities have to be Impeccably Ideally Virtuous towards this Proven Philosophy of Dharma, that the Law of Nature, state of mind of parents at conception contribute & combine at the Genetic level. If Money power & Muscle power in the elections to represent People in any Democratic office for the administration in the Equity in Public Distribution of Essential Goods & Services, then it is equally essential for the other like the Election Commission, Judiciary, CAG etc. If ONLY Parliament is empowered to select, appoint & removes any and every Constitutional Authorities, then they are supreme and the Presiding officer of Parliament is First among equals vested with Extra ordinary Powers as to my understanding and application of this Dharma. I have founded a Registered Trust for these objectives. I am for the original Constitutional Provisions in the Appointment of Judges to the Higher Judiciary, that in my opinion has been encroached up on by Judiciary and the present Government of India under Modi Ji, has rightly brought in the National Judicial Appointment Commission Act, Constitutional amendment Act 99. Ultimately I am not biased to any individual or institution but to the collective responsibility of all the Constitutional Authorities to Bharat Dharma, only through which we can leave a civilized world to our own dear children. In short, every one of us have to be KARMA YOGI. Yes there may some noise during MS or Dr.balamurali Krishna's music concert but never Noise become music. In this context I fear none, dare any as my dedication to leave a civilized world to our children, I consider is my duty. In this connection I have sent RTI application to SC, Speaker, PM, EC, CAG, CVC on 26.10.2016 as to what action they have taken to Eradicate Corruption, to eradicate Money & Muscle power in the elections. I have also offered suggestion, a strategy to share close to their heart to do this. I have got replies from all except from SC. After Monday 28.11.2016, I may appeal further. Judges in some Cases in 1980s and 1990s . Judiciary , if diversified from the very objective and sole performance of the above responsibility ROUTES THE COUNTRY TO CORRUPTION IN ALL WINGS OF OPERATION since this Country is basically at Political Democracy where the Code & Regulation on the Social candidature , Moral/Decent conduct and control of entrance to those possessing Criminal nature and those convicted other than at Political Protests ; the process of accounting and auditing of their Funds ARE NOT AT ALL STIPULATED .
