Hygiene and cleanliness inside coaches
Normally dustbins where waste is put is located under the wash basin near the doors. To my great surprise and repulsion I found rubbish bins are kept near the berths and people are throwing rubbish and food waste in them where one sleeping or sitting.
One can imagine the smell emanating in a closed AC coach .
I bring this to the notice of Rly Ministry to look into this and stop this practice.
Another matter which I would like to suggest is ,
1. Why not provide water jets in the toilets instead of chained dirty mugs in all trains?
2. Fixed handwash soap solution dispenser on washroom walls are more hygienic than present hand wash bottles which everyone may be handling. Expenses may not be skyrocketing to do these small improvements. more

Hence, Rail Management should INSIST that all Railway Operating Staff are entitled to travel in SLEEPER CLASS ONLY...!!.. more
