First Priorities for Railways
1.Keep all the Metro city station clean slowly to be rollout to tier 1 ,tier2 ,tier 3 cities.(Apply strong rules) .
2.Fence to be constructed around all stations .
3.2 Track system is to implemented ,it should cover all major cities.
4.Safety system to be improved.
5.Keep the bogies clean. Should be properly maintained.(Currently not maintained properly).
So, in Indian railways basis things are missing. This is to corrected first. Then thing about other major changes. more

for revenue collection of all &better railway infrasture I think railway to follow dedicated fright corridor DIMC project which already sanction &funded first phase by world bank above project is top 10 innovative project in world DIMC cover railway , road , sea &new city across all metro more
