Failure of the Car Manufacturer FORD
I own a FORD Ecosport. The vehicle was at the Kalina Service Centre for the accident repairs.
The cause of the mishap could not be ascertained despite being told about the circumstances leading to vehicle going out of control on a concrete highway with no heavy traffic and the axle falling out on the road.
And the reason of unique wearing of the rear tyres couldn't be identified. Frankly they didn't have any clue about the same. In the meanwhile I have been hit with higher cost of maintaining the car - replacing the set of tyres every 4-5 months. I wonder how and who will compensate for the same... of-course until I approach the right forums to get a closure.
I believe a prestigious international brand like FORD with state of art car models can't afford to be having - " Incompetent Technical support at the Service Centres" more

Someone rightly said through Henry Ford made the first automobile,, Ford Brand in India is a nightmare. I had bought one Ikon years back but for some spares the vehicle had to be kept off the road for 6 months. Then I thought bearing some loss would be better rather than carrying this head ache . The I bought a Honda City and living happily. more
I am unable to get any contact details e mail - to write to Ford USA.. the one I could get after the search in the net was wrong one and bounced back more
In India Ford is not a reputed make in automobiles. more
Just see the warranted and insurance policy conditions before blaming others. more
