Hello, People like you are specifically targets Hindu festivals. This year it has been proven that Deepavali is not the reason for pollution in Delhi!! Now Bhogi!! Yes, If some one burns tyre or plastic it should be stopped. You don’t have guts to stop fire works during new year, extra.!’ Please stop target only Hindu festivals Sent from my iPhone > On 15-Jan-2020, at 9:17 AM, Reeta Kumar wrote: > > > > > Reeta Kumar > Reeta Kumar shared a new photo in "Residents of Tamil Nadu ". > Subject: Festivals and Air Pollution. > Yesterday with Bhogi burning pollution levels in the city touched 1000. We have to stop burning crackers during dec 25 and on jan 01st. Let's start and implement on these 2 days we will get check and think to implement on later festival days more
The other significance is, discard old domestic items and replace with new ones. Items like Mats, Brooms, Cloths, Pots, etc,.gets crores of Rs to market and that goes to poor makers to keep them year long a better life. Recycling will not do this job. Only burning will. Rich spends their money and celeberate the festival and money that goes to poor makes their life happy. more
We have to control the basic pollution levels not due to festivals since this is for a day only and it will subside in a day. Everyone should concentrate on the reduction of base levels which is throughout the year. more
Did you protest when fire crackers were burst on 25th Dec or 31st Dec ? Do you know the significance of the festival ? Or are you part of the fashionable gang to ridicule all Hindu festivals. If so why are you pretending to be a Hindu ?? more
