False allegations Wife asking for Maintainence.

Please suggest me how to avoid maintainence to a false allegations wife.1.She said deserted..2.I had a proof that she is having Aadhar Card with two names.3.Previously she doesn't have Pan now Pan card.4.To get forceful settlement by husband, she had put 125 crpc.5.She said don't have any communication with each others but lot of what'sup communication.6.Due to Husband monthly income high ,she is claiming more so that he can frustrate and come for settlement.8.He had an Video evidence that she is doing according to my will coz what you can do,while talking each other.9.Here elders are manipulated the Exchange of words, before and after agreement.10. Final thing with men sperm count low unable to procreate physically ,he got sadism with that technique she blamed him with her family power.11) All elders are sold 12) This person solid proof to get counter to her,inorder to save her from her false allegations playing a trick for 125 crp c. 13) Somebody says she is working but getting proper evidence. to my opinion all males to be suffering who are fighting for Justice..why this is happening. my friend is suffering so much. Lawyer says whether she had right or wrong we have to pay maintainence as per law.

Recently one counselling had completed between two parties,at that time she had put so many allegations on him but he showed to the Counsellor the Wat'sup communication.After that the Counsellor had promised him don't worry believe in God ,defintely good things will happens in coming days to you. more

You can file your response in the present prevailing matter. Apart from this you can file addition suit in the Family Court as well as in the JMFC/Dist. Court for false evidence produced U/s 156 (3) and you can initiate proceedings U/s 173 (8) for further investigation. Excluding all above you can also initiate a separate writ in HC elaborating all your grievances / facts and documents so to club all matters and to get set in single go. Needless to state it also require your patience, efforts, money and mental and family support to have peace which is prime most in the given situation. more
