Government has given vast powers to ladies who are married by an accident. Some duties are required to be fixed along with liabilities. In this case, what is the defence of your wife against you. God will only save you. But if you are genuine then finally you will win over. You be calm and apologize to her and prevail upon her to withdraw this case against. In future don't take law in your hand. If she continues to behave irresponsibly then take help of Panchayat. Let her manage in separate room and give raw material to cook for herself till she gets job for herself. more

It is a challenge to the whole Society to come out from the increasing malpractices/mischiefs even in Conjugation. As also pointed out by our CJI last week, Judiciary is now facing a lot on the issues of Individual Rights and , the General Laws bringing in unrest; the ground facts also prove that such incidents even leading to killing of either Husband or, the Wife if not the Divorce.
Since 1 and 1/2 decades the Society has been facing unrest because of the issues of changes in lifelead, eased lifestyles resultant to the ever exhibiting TV Channels and Movies. There are many kind of reasons for a diversity in Family Life-lead and is not easy to conclude the actual reasons.
The suggestion of Sri S.B. Tripathi is immediately to be followed to get rid of the mental torture. This saves time to think, evaluate and conclude the real causes and issues of the present stage in the Family.
The Superintendent/Commissioner of Police will order the police to first conduct preliminary inquiry so that the Station House Officer cannot proceed on you without submitting Preliminary Report to the Commissioner please. more
