There is Standard LIST of Documents slightly very from bank to bank. Which Bank you are preferring - the list very as mentioned above. It is more advisable to opt for the requirements from the Horses Mouth instead hearsay. "Original Sale Deed or Copy of Sale Deed" legally makes hell of difference, as the flat intended may have the Agreement to sale and not the "Original Sale Deed or Copy of Sale Deed".
