Deliberate victimization by Magistrate

I would like to know the legal remedies available to a person who is being deliberately victimized by a Magistrate Court. For example, rejecting a review petition of an interim order on the grounds that the Magistrate does not have power and jurisdiction of reviewing its own order despite the fact that several judgments do exist ruling that the Magistrate has power to review its interim or interlocutor orders. more

If you have information on the cases of Judges reviewing their own judgments then simply make it available to the court to serve it as a base. more
Sir, Judgments were filed but of no avail. If you are aware of filing Judgments in court, Judgments are submitted across the table without any covering notes, as we submit covering notes while filing documentary evidences. Accordingly, there are no records in the court on filing of Judgment copies. And, Judges argue that, it is their discretion whether they refer to those judgments or not, while passing the order. more
YOU SHOULD ALSO WRITE A COMPLAINT (NOT JUDICIAL APPEAL BUT ADMINISTRATIVE) TO THE STATE COMMISSION, NATIONAL COMMISSION, CONSUMERS MINISTRY-=BOTH STATE AND CENTRAL, LOKAYUKTA/LOKAPAL,VIGILANCE more
Atul Jauhari (Technocrat)-CONSUMER FORUM NOT A COURT. IT IS A QUASI-JUDICIAL BODY. THE PERSON PRESIDING THE THREE MEMBER FORUM IS NOT A JUDGE BUT THE 'PRESIDENT'. ALL THE MEMBERS ARE AMENABLE TO LOKAYUKTA SCRUTINY more
Sorry. Lokayukta does not have jurisdiction to intervene into action in which a remedy by way of approaching the court of law is available. more
In Tamil Nadu we don't have any thing and my case belongs to Indian stock market and officials and judicial system had denied justice now planning to post my case in WikiLeaks more
There are numerous such errors and mostly deliberate on the part of courts. It is high time, that it is made binding on the judge to record his/her justifications on each of the points raised by petitioner/respondent and the reasons for arriving at the final judgment. Also the rule regarding contempt of court needs to be revisited. In case of blatant mistake, citizen should be permitted to approach media also. There are completely contracting judgements passed by Supreme Court in two different cases and both are implemented. And sufferer of one judgement cant approach Court on the basis of other Supreme court verdict since the case has already been heard. Ridiculous. "Case of law" is a funny term used to reject cases. The procedures not allowing review of any clearly faulty verdicts is like the disrobing of Draupadi in the King's courtroom where all learned people kept quite merely because of the procedures despite knowing fully well that a great injustice was being done in front of their eyes. Injustice is injustice. If regulations have not been followed to victimize somebody, where is the question of "case of law or no case of law" more
It is rare that the Magistrate reopen or review its own orders. This could happen only if the lawyer convince the Magistrate with proof beyond doubt that an innocent is getting punished and a apparent error in records or in his judgement appear. more
Sir, I am no talking of 'Judgement' or final order. I am talking of interim orders. more
Only legal remedy is filing an appeal in the higher court against the order more
