Current Railway Enquiry System - Inputs on Issues

Dear Friends:

We are ready with 4-5 whitepapers on various aspects of Railways. These will be submitted to the Railway Ministry this week as well as shared with you.

We would like to seek your inputs on the Railway Enquiry system as well.

Please list all the existing issues with the Railways Enquiry System (In person, Phone, SMS, Internet)

Once we do that, we will identify root causes and solutions needed through a separate post and submit the same to Railway Ministry for action.

Please take need full action about the wait list ticket . it should be limited . and make conform ticket to each ticket holder . more  
Yesterday when I was traveling in East Coast Express from Bhubhaneswar to Secunderabad noticed that the Flush button was not present due to which the passengers weren't able to flush the toilets after use. How do we complain to the relevant authorities from moving train. Railways has given options from Nov 01 to order food from restaurants. I requests to focus on cleanliness first so that many diseases can be stopped from spreading by providing proper toilet facilities in trains more  
FirSt importance for government should be of waitlisted and overcrowded trains. People are not even able to get through platform at peak hours. E.g. 6 pm if 8 be visits pune station he will experience a nightmare. And for ladies it is worse situation along with senior citizens. Sufficient bogres should be attached. 8th is even difficult stand in overcrowded boggies. Apart from all other things this should be of top priority to bring so called "Achhe Din" for railway passengers. people are closing keeping a watch on this. more  
The biggest problem I find is the beggars in the trains. how come beggars are allowed in the trains. The TTE,s watch them but do not take them out. At times the beggars are in a very horrible state/ condition. Additionally the unauthorised vendors. Is is like a running mall. The TTE,s would harass the authoriserd passenger but would not a say word to these vendors. more  
there should be private trains on certain routes should be charged like airport used by various private airlines ,fares rights should be of private train operator with maximum sealing fixed by railways authority more
