Talking about the Covid second management : The state was in model code of Conduct for the April 6th Assembley Elections. After the elections on 6th April the state also had to wait for a month for the elected Government to Make decisions. So T.N. lost 2 months on waiting for a popular Govt to be formed and decisions taken. Covid 19 SEcondwave plye havoc in those 60 days, not forgetting the Election Rallies and Results announcements. BUT THE WINNING TEAM MUST HAVE WORKED OUT A PLAN DURING THE WAITING PERIOD FOR RESULTS. Thats how they started bang from day ne with relief work.I appreciate their interest in Public Interest. West Bengal would have lost more days as the Elections there was on a 5 PPhase. more
