COURTS ON STRIKE?

COURTS are on strike or delaying deliberately?
No I m not talking about RAM mandir but almost all courts are following same pattern. Our NCLT case on last stage getting postponed twice and that too with 3 months gap !!!
Just joke with all parties.
Isn't this a pattern in all courts ? more

Maybe like MACT, a separate court to deal all political, burecrats including the judges on seriatum with a Max of 3 adjournments and 1 bail application. more
In our one case.. We put one application for the acceptance of some documents on judge gave 11dates in one year and didn't said even word about acceptance or declining of the application but as case got transferred new judge came he accepted it on 2nd date.. We need to pay our lower on each date as it is a fraud case but with such behaviour it is taking years to complete.. more
more
Actually our courts give more importance to settlement of political cases and one upmanship in politics thereby neglecting the ongoing case which continue to pile up in courts all across the country. Isn't there any provision where a Judge who does not get the case coming to him resolved within a year or if he prolongs it with dates posting should be blackmarked and not given promotion. If people start taking law in their hands, the institution of Judiciary would become a Big Joke. more
Justice in India is a mirage- a hope or wish that can never be achieved. The only way out is - (a) Appointment of judges should be through selection like any other Govt services. (b) Judiciary should be responsible to the Democratic Govt. (c) time bound justice delivery system. (d) The judges should here the case from the mouth of applicant not through the advocate. (d) No of adjournment should be fixed certainly not more than 3 in any case and the time for next hearing should not be more than 30 days. (e) Performance and integrity should be assessed, and if found below certain standered ,he should be shown the door. these are few suggestions, which may improve the judiciary delivery system. more
