Courts In Delhi
Lately, the Delhi High Court has discontinued putting up orders heard in the Registrars Court. Till 2014 they could be accessed. Now, if you want a certified copy, one is forced to pay. Orders passed by the Court should be updated within 2-3 days.
We seem to be going into the dark ages in Delhi.
Please have a Social Audit case wise, as to how many adjournments take place in the Registrars Office , and how many years it take for denial and acceptance of Documents. Something that can be verified in one hearing, and 10 minutes can go for 10 years. The procedure is so faulty, that any normal person will give up in frustration. Irrelevant questions are asked, not related to the case.
Only Video recording can end this menace. Every stake holder in the Court is Party to this corruption,from getting dates, to lawyers and the Judges who allow this.
It is not shortage of Judges, but this rotten system, where no one can hope to get justice. more

Aruna Arora Ji, all are well aware that recently Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi Ji has invited the conference of all the Judges of Hon'ble Supreme Court and its Chief Justice as well as the Chief Ministers of the States. The judicial system is likely to change in such a manner that there is no corruption in the judiciary as well as in the country as a whole. more

Dear Mr. Kamath, Feel sorry for your plight. All of us silent sufferers of this very inefficient and corrupt system. If you open your mouth, the judge has the right to silence you, once in Court his status is mightier than God , as he has power to punish you instantly, if you break the Golden rule imposed by them, you will incur his wrath. We are the most tolerant, in Indian Courts. There is no time limit for deciding any matter, no shame in not imparting justice. After 20 years, even if you get a verdict in your favour can one really benefit ?Who is to bell the Cat ? Hope some revolutionary will seriously consider reforming this system, which does nothing to protect the AAM janta. Aruna Arora more

Aruna aroraji you have rightly pointed out the flaw. the irrelelevent questions are allowed so that they get an opportunity to give technically favourable judgement. in an mrtp case against the share broker as an vitness the issue was manipulating the market by trading restrictions. in its reply itself they have agreed what i have said. but i do not know how the mrtpc lawyer presented the case and lawyer was asking about trading in my account to which mrtp lawyer never objected and when i objected judge advised me to reply and i wil be given an opportunity to put forth my view. but that did not happen at all. funniest part is judge allowed the lawyer to tae up the case even though he has not paid the rs 10000/- penelty imposed in the earlier hearing. till date after more than 10 years i dont know what is the out come. more

Indian legal system is the one which can be stretched by the judiciary to any extent/ any number of years. No body can question them. They are not accountable to any body. We filed a case in district consumer court in Sept 2009. We have attended 21 hearings. Till date judge has not even heard our case. Every time we go there. Judge gives the next date even without looking at us. During these 21 hearing i did not see even a single case decided and i repeat not even a single case decided. Can you call this judicial system! It is mockery. more
