Court Case Against Travel Agent require Layer
Hi..Everyone I paid to a agent 190000 for Singapore Work Pass of 11 Month.But he provide me visa only 3 months.when i asked about that he said you got next 8 month visa after this visa finish.i go Singapore for 3 month but i came back after 3 months because my visa is not extented. Now i talk with agent he say that he will refund my money but only 50000.he said three month visa cost is 140000. i want to do a case against him .i have all agreement documents and forgein salary slips,Call Recordings,Whatsapp chat..please help me if anyone know good lawyer in ludhiana please suggest me and talk to me on my no.8146940233 more

Pl. observe the Course of actions/Remedies available to you in this collom above, wherein you can opt for : a. Civil 2. Criminal 3. Consumer 4. Govt. Authorities 5. Others All together Or individual. Subject to - time, efforts and money that you spear as per your willingness and capacity more

1. file a case of cheating by engaging a lawyer 2. speak to 3 lawyers - they would just charge you for consultation 3. please when engaging a lawyer understand from them few things such as what are you options, what are the probable reactions which the agent can resort to, if the agent resorts to also go legal or not reply then what are you options in terms of both money and time, what kind of help would the lawyer and his firm provide, what is the expected number of hearing in case you file a case in court (as before you file a case you would be sending a legal notice and in most of the cases such issues are resolved as not one wants to get into filing of cases in court), check the cost of each hearing which would give you an insight in the cost you may end up with and finally what is the expected time it would take. in short: 1. hire a lawyer after ensuring the above 2. send a legal notice 3. file a case after consulting and referring to the pros and cons more

Dear Monu Rana, if you want a fast redressal to your grievances then you can file a case in district consumer forum for deficiency of services. this is the cheapest and fastest remedy other wise if you have time and money you can file a criminal case of cheating and fraud under IPc section 420 and other relavant sections.

Dear Visa Fraud Friend, the best way is now forget the incidence and understand fully well, any violation of law is attracting offence to both parties the person who also indulges and encrourages it and also you does it. Any way in short. You entire case is with Singaporian person not India, the said subject is outside the control of Indian Agency CBI DBI OR FBI anybody in India. So in you hapeen to deal with outside person you are in big soup as you will have to go there and file Cheating us and equally face their breach of law. Of course it is different if you have dealt with Indian Agent. You are filing case of cheating firstly to your concern police station or where agent ofice is located and also consumer court agains malpractice and deceptive deficient services. If police refuses to registed case you ahve option to engage local Lawyer who will take steps further you can show this message answer to him for his guideance more
