Cost Reduction Opportunities - Inputs Needed

Dear Railway Circle Members:

Please accept a sincere thanks for your inputs on Revenue opportunities for Railways.

On the same lines, we would like to seek your views on how Railways can reduce cost in various aspects of its operations. Please be as specific as possible in your inputs.

Both SPL trains running delay one not arrived Mumbai and another not yet started.Kindly look into this matter seriously and issue necessary directions to operating and maintenance and control and concern department. Passanger facing difficulty. It necessary for Government. arun kumar more

इस ट्रेन को हाजीपुर से मुजफ्फरपुर पहुंचने 2 घंटे जबकि रनिंग 1 घंटा का है । मुजफ्फरपुर से समस्तीपुर 1 घंटा का है जबकि दो घंटा लगा। जानबूझकर Spl ट्रेन को सेक्शन कंट्रोल द्वारा लेट किया गया है।छपरा से हाजीपुर में भी जानबूझकर लेट किया है। arun kumar more

माननीय महोदय आपके द्वारा जनता की सुविधा के लिए चलाई जाने वाली spl ट्रेन को जानबूझकर सेक्शन कंट्रोल द्वारा विलंब से चलाया जाता है। ऐसे ही एक गाड़ी है 01208 है जिसे 7 घंटा विलंब हो चुका है। 4 घंटा लेट समस्तीपुर से चली थी जिसे लखनऊ चारबाग तक 7 घंटा तक लेट हो चुकी है। इस पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है कि SPL ट्रेन को विशेष ध्यान देकर चलाई जाय। arun kumar more

Doors should be made to platform like metro train platform where passenger can enter only with valid tickets of particular station more

when employees are coming to office/work site with their vehicles, why not officers. Availability of Govt. vehicles to officers can be removed. For official inspections vehicles may be maintained at one central point for all depts. and can be used. 2. Supplying towels, soaps and suitcases, pens to officers can be curtailed. This will generate a great money. more
