CORRUPTION IN JUDICIARY

judiciary mein badhata corruption kaise control kiya jaye hai??????????????
LADIES STAFF PUBLIC SERVANT EXPLOITING FEMALE VICTIM BECAUSE ACCUSED USED MONEY POWER..... PLEASE GIVE YOUR VIEW...

kaise court ke internal nexus ko clean kiya jaye jo court documents gayab karane mein , own advocate original documents mein forgery kar opponent ke favour mein order lana,
similar fashion long year practices mein laya gaya ho. jisase long year business chalata rahe .
agar higher authority long time se avoid kar rahi ho toh kya,

WHAT IS SOLUTION -any committee appoint in each court including appoint retire IAS, IPS and one common Man
please give suggestion , HOW TO FILE SUE MOTTO IN SUPREME COURT OR ANY OTHER COMMITTEE more

The only way is - CCTV cameras b installed in all courts n properties / assets of judges b made transparent. A govt appointed nodal officer b seated in each distt court's & high court's premises as judges wud not prefer to take action against junior colleagues / judges. He shud b approachable by litigants & lawyers. more

The main reason for such rampant corruption is corrupt judiciary. If judiciary is not corrupt then naturally corruption will fade. Can you imagine the karnataka high court judge order that since the empkoyee is stickler for rules he may be given compulsory retirement. I hope the same judges name is not in the list of 43 judges collegium wants to force appointed by govt. more
