Hello everyone, I want to lodge complaint in consumer court against my builder, can someone guide me for the same as where to file the case ? etc. etc..... more

Hi Pritpal Sir before appeal please discuss with our circle people they will definitely help you then you not consumer court go to high court with police FIR copy of fraudulent case more

Disputes Redressal Forum •       Ifthe amount is >Rs. 20 lakh, upto Rs.1 Crore:   SCDRC        State C D R commission •       Ifthe amount is > Rs. 1 crore                           :   NCDRC       National C D R commission  Geographical  Jurisdiction•       City/ state where the opposite party resides, has registered    Office / branch orworks for gain.•       Inthe city/ state where the cause of action has occurred.HOW  TO FILE  A  COMPLAINT ?A petitioncan be filed in person, through an authorised representative or by registered post.Fourcopies of complaint on a plain paper•       One (preferably two) copies for the court•       One copy tobe sent to the opposite party•       One copy forselfThe  Complaint Should  Include : - A cause – Title - Heading, Name, description and address of the complainant - Name , description and address of the opposite party. -  The facts related to the case and when and where it arose. -  How the opposite party is liable to be proceeded against and why are they answerable to the petition. -  Copies of the documents in support of the allegations contained in the petition, duly signed by the petitioner. -  Explanation as to how the case falls within the jurisdiction of that court. -  Details of the costs incurred on the complaint for claim from the opposite party.
