company not paid salary
Please help me
i joining a company on 15.5.19.
on 10.06.19 company director says to me leave this position because we are hired another person and we are pay full month salary (month of june).
they pay me salary m/o may 2019 but month of june salary not paid till date.
they are not picking my phone or not reply my massage.
please help me what i doing. more

yes sir i have appointment letter in appointment letter they mention my salary 3.8 L per year & post is Sr. Account Executive i join on 16/05/2019 more

good. write a letter to the company immediately asking for the pending salary. Also explain that you have been removed without assigning any reason. they are bound to give a reply. you need to keep a copy of this letter. also send it thru regd post (india post) keep the slip with acknowledgement number with you. also you can track it online and get a printout of the track that the letter was delivered to them on what date.
then go to a local lawyer with all these along with appointment letter and termination letter(if any). also explain how you applied for the post. thru newspaper ad, interview process etc. he shall send a notice to the company initially. i think the company shall settle the matter at this stage itself. more

do you have any appointment letter. were you intern/temporary worker/ permanent employee. refer to the appointment letter. what is written there. what was your job profile. these things need to be clear before somebody can help you more
