COMMITTEES BEING FORMED, EXPERTS PANELS KEEP MEETING, YET SUCH PICTUR KEEP APPEARING EVERYDAY :

How can this be avoided ? Not only engaging the media through CLIPS OF advertisements and Skits etc.

But analyze the reason for the crowding, jostling to get Ration ,Free food or Freebees . People are not sure of getting what is promised based on old experience , There is always an insecure feeling that they may be left out . There is actually ,

* No relationship between the Starting time announced and Actual functioning time .
* No idea of the at least a rough number of people to be expected ; so that certain streets alternate door numbers can be allotted dates or time .
* Plan should be to make the Q moving and no one should wait for more than 25/30 minutes .
IF DISTRBUTION TIME IS MENTIONED 9.30 ONWARDS ,BY 9.00 THE CENTRE SHOULD BE READY TO ATTEND TO THE 1st IN THE Q .

Quite a lot is on the authorities to facilitate orderly spaced crowd.

- IS THE GAP IN COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE WHAT IS DISCUSSED PLANNED IN THE COMMITTEES AND PANELS AND THE LAST GRADE WORKERS IMPLEMENTING .

Social distancing is one of the most important norms along with other to be followed . more

Our people are not serious and by inherent nature, they always have tendency to push through. Habits need to be changed. From now on practice to be started. A small (eg) I was the only person standing at a pharmacy and my bill being processed. In the meantime another person came, unmindful, he wants to occupy my place.Habits die Hard more
The crucial point is People at the helm of affairs in the state OF TN do not know about the seriousness and the necessity for social distancing.Hw can you expect effective social distancing with crowding spots opened?Very pitiable condition. more
The question is: Is lockdown right for a country like India? Meaning will it be effective? There are quite a few things that Govt should consider - Not now but at least in the future: Lockdown will work in developed countries where social security is taken care to some extent by Govt. Govts since independence does not know demographics of population - especially the migrant population. Social welfare is not reaching them. Corona has just brought that to forefront. more
Social distancing is almost absent everywhere. There is little awareness about its importance. more
