1. Lack of awareness and civic sense
2. Lack of sense of hygiene
3. Not enough dustbins on the stations and inside the train
4. Insensitivity towards fellow passengers
5. No fine/punishment for civic offences
6. Al lot of people are plain ignorant
7. Passengers know that the TTE hardly ever comes in the general class and hence they don’t feel the need to purchase tickets
