Citizen Responsibility & Constitutional Remedy
The performance of Legislators in 2014 , 2015 , and even in this year in the Holy Houses of Parliament that are occupied by Supreme citizen representatives in deed leading the issue to refer article 51 A , the part IV A of our Constitution . The way the Discussions and Business carry in Houses that has been repeatedly caused disgust in the minds of their very Citizen need immediate intervention of the President of the Nation and such suggestions were also being Posted for discussion in these Public Local Circles in 2015 .
Unfortunately , the has been no realization at public interest .
The disturbances carried at the Business Hours of the Present Session of Parliament Houses really creating a doubt whether there is any legitimate provision in the Constitutional laws whereby Legislators need not or may not contend/satisfy even if the Supreme Court and or High Courts started legal process on a pertinent issue for delivery of Justice .
Secondly , is there no provision under Constitutional Remedies urging for undisturbed Business Hours even by bringing any New law of process and procedure . Please share your advise on this vital issue please . more

Yes,the parliament has to pass a business ,payment of salaries,deductions and penalties act.Public disturbance and long term termination for political parties and members is essential order of day.US they work day and night,stay at house and after the day is changed they pass the bills.Such intolerance people have to be shown a way. more

The Fundamental Duty of Members of Houses is to conclude the Business Resolutions and '0' hour Mandates.
When these Prime issues are not fulfilled, such strict and specific Regulations are absolutely necessary to make the Bodies of the Constitution Accountable and Responsible to the Objectives and mandates of the Constitution that Crowned/limited on these Bodies . more

Once again to state that the remedies, Rules, Law's etc are well placed BUT the Problem is IMPLEMENTATION of the same in effective and efficient manner. Presently, how many can afford the legal expenses????? if NOT must have to suffer. This is NOT the social justice constitutional. more
