Cheating by Thomascook Travels thru their Forex One Currency Card (for US $).
I took Forex One Currency Card (for US $) from Thomascook Travels in January 2018. I was assured that there will be no charges levied by their agent just like others offering similar cards. But to my shock they began levying 8 US $ every month stealthily after six months saying this is due to "inactivity charges". They neither alerted before or after the debits. This this is nothing short of robbing customers stealthily. Thus I lost 25 US $ for holding the card. But despite appeals to them, they refused to reverse the debits. Any advice how to teach this company a lesson on this unfair trade practice ? more

"Assured" should NOT be the basis for a decision - if its "assured" ask the Agent to show it to you in a document - verbal assurances always have conditions attached. We're literate, why do we choose not to read ? more

This is usual practice by all forex card companies. Stop using them. Its also difficult to get the spending details more

You know that you will get only harassment from Indian courts and hence you are here. Request to raise larger concerns such as about fraud on citizens of India by Judges themselves so that petty issues can be addressed by Judiciary in time bound manner and making our lives better. more
