Can we install cctv anywhere anytime and feel free to do whatever we want. Then anything happens police will come doctors will come... all will come later.even in societies we can do anything as committee members are just for name and power. They don't check what is the cctv capturing and why. Blindly gave permission to women as she said she is alone with two kids. Though thousands of them are staying alone in this society still. more

Just few days back I came home and rang bell of our house. Unfortunately my family took time to open seeing me and my kids outside neighbour opened their door gate with their little son and asked their son to tell us "she is bad girl not good girl...." like this he repeated and kept his son not to come in cctv. Very tricky and foolish game. I ignored and went in my house wuth my two daughters. I myself don't understand what type of education they give to their kids to remove their frustration and jealousy on others. This person Shrikant bharti is well educated but plays such games to show themselves perfect and rich. For using kids i would say abusing children's for their personal fight. more

Anjana in our society we have birds of different feathers. You mentioned in April that they got the CCTV installed on the ground that your neighbor's husband is working in another city. If it is a ruse then you can at a later date while filing a complaint indicate that they had wrongly misled the police by written fallacy. Also in case where the kid is tutored and comes out to bad mouth, you can do recording on your cell phone as proof. In any case I guess a heart to heart talk with the lady to find out the reason for their insecurity would solve the problem rather than the complex legal route. more

Unless it create the encroachments of others rights &/or causes some nuisance, any body is free to do it on his own. If you are facing any problem - more specifically to your personal life, you can approach to the same Authorities and put your objections along with request to eliminate the same. Even after your protest the things goes in same directions you can approach to the Higher up's OR lodge the Complaint. more

We asked society but they said they have checked it not covering our area. We asked them to write and give us that they have given permission after checking. They refused. We went to police station yerwada pune they said forget about what happened before did she do anything now. And if she has fixed then its good for us too they said but we don't have permission to access and also don't have good communication not good relation as neighbor.it has become very unsafe to stand in lobby as when i come out with my twin daughters she comes out too. To irritate and so i react but I don't. This is why she has fixed cctv to capture any mistake I do by reacting but she forgets if she will provoke it will be captured too. Really in mental zone we are staying with a neighbour like her. She just thinks if I react she will put me behind bars. Terrible more
