can a appeal be file again against order of if the case is dismissed again by Hon'ble Supreme court?
Sir, A Complaint case was filed by a women against an advocate praticing at Tis Hazari court in 2015 after 21 months of the incident happened in 2013. Police filed FIR and advocate filed a Complaint case (2014) of the same incident and Ld. MM directed police to register FIR and Investigate. police register FIR and submitted report to the Ld. MM, case is under arguments.
After 21 months lady also filed Complaint case u/s 156(3) and Ld. MM order FIR to police and investigation. Against the order of Ld. MM, advocate appeal to ASJ and filed criminal revision case quashing the order of Ld.MM, Ld. ASJ dismiss the revision petition & advocate approach high court against the order of Ld. ASJ. The petitions and applications were dismissed by Hon'ble high court.
Then advocate aproach the hon'ble supreme court who also dismissed the petition and applications in 2017.
Advocate go for mediation as per his terms which was rejected by lady family.
Ld. MM directed police to register FIR and investigate the women complaint.
Advocate by supressing the facts that case is dismissed by Ld. ASJ, Hon'ble High Court and Hon'ble supreme court filed a revision petition ( quashing) in the court of Ld. ASJ again by supressing the fact . Ld. ASJ dismiss the petition but pass order as desired by Advocate.

The order of ASJ can again be challenged before HC; What is the affect of that order of ASJ which has dismissed Advocate's revision ? FIR as a result of Ld MM order has to be proceeded with; more

Technically, possible. But since the SC have twice rejected, the chance of success is remote, if not impossible. It is likely to result in wastage if time, money and energy for the petitioner. Mr. Iqbal Singh, take me for granted, you can't handle the situation, where you have been put in. I remember your problem. You need a legal expert, as your opponent is an advocate.
