If you call this black money, what will you call when the tax paid by the people are used to pay for making a payment of Rs.1.70 crores to buy an imported defense equipment which is worth only 0.70 crores and the difference is pocketed by the middlemen? The difference of 1.0 cr is to be called Red Money????? more
