BANK LOAN
Dear sir,
People who have taken loan from the bank and not paid their loan should be listed out in the decending order and it should be published in the media,and the same people should be punished in front of the common people in the middle of the road like in other countries then automatically other defaulters will pay their loan amount and the common people will have an faith on the govt also.because it is common people hard earn money which is been kept in the bank..will it happen..so many common people are eagerly waiting for the action taken against the defaulters.. more

WILLFULL DEFAULTER तो दोषी हैं पर उन परिस्थितियों को जिनके कारण वे ऋण चुकता नहीं कर रहें को भी जानना पड़ेगा जिसकी जड़ मे भ्रस्टाचार है - गोपनियता के कानून का सहारा वे ले भी नहीं सकते है जिसका जिक्र बैंक के ऋण प्रपत्रों मे होता है पर ऋण पर व्याप्त व्याज दर और ऋण के लिए दिये जा रहे कमीसन को जोड़ कर जो भार ऋणी पर पद रहा है उतना उसको फायदा होगा या नहीं भी देखना होगा ?30 वर्षों का हमारा बैंक अधिकारी का अनुभव यह बताता है की यदि वास्तव मे बैंक अधिकारी नियमानुसार ऋण स्वीकृत या वितरित करता है तो वह ऋण कभी बुरा नहीं होगा पर नियमानुसार काम करने वाले अधिकारी का प्रोमोसन भी नहीं होगा तो आज की जरूरत है बंकों मे व्याप्त भ्रस्टाचार को समाप्त करना जो NPA करने का मुख्य वजह है - यदि हमारा कानून उन अधिकारियों के ऊपर कड़ी कार्यवाही करे जिनके द्वारा वितरित किए गए ऋण और जिसके पीरियड मे ऋण NPA हुआ है तो इस समस्या का समाधान होगा पर करेगा कौन ?? more

Willfull defaulters used to be shameless in nature and are fearless of the laws of the land and the societies. Publication of their names in the news papers and electronic media will have little affect on their evil thoughts. However, this must be done to make all of us and the financial institutions alerted. more

Correct please. The caution notice Board preferred in Police Stations, Railway Stations notifying public and authorities to be careful with those found place for such a public and national caution IS THE APPROPRIATE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GOVERNING BODIES .

They prefer privacy act staging their Prestige , dignity , status and threat even Defamation suits SINCE THE RULE ALLOWED DECADES IS SUCH. Indian Executive, Parliament, and Supreme Court also still to take a mandatory decision on the Guarantee of the Constitution, the JUSTICE, social, economic and political . It is high time to think for Securing Safety of public and their National Wealth, Social Fraternity that separately Guaranteed . It is also high time to abideby the issue of JUSTICE since it has been decades together kept away from the reach of general public . It is also necessary to Amend the Constitution specifying a particular Body to be responsible for implementation and carry of its Directives, Provisions and Principles of Rule in the Country . more
