Are we ready to face rains in Delhi
There's illegal structures everywhere and no solutions in sight
Sealing process is slow due to less manpower and more opposition from leaders who oppose because opposition has to speak against the ruling party and to please voters
Or people who are involved in illegalities have lots of connections to evade arrest
This building has lots of illegal rooms and toilet
PNG pipeline is passing through all around the common roof
Height of the building is More than 150 meter.
Any building in Delhi having a height more than 150 M is a risk for department of🔥 fire safety
Unfortunately fire safety department doesn't look into illegal structures
It's duty assigned to MCD
MCD is aware
Area police is Made aware
FF has PNG connection
GF and barsaati floor don't have PNG connection because of illegal structures everywhere and no escape route in case of a calamity
These houses are 50+ years old and foundation hasn't been altered to carry excess loads added to them
Plots are 208M only in the lanes
If there's a calamity like fire, entire row of buildings and fancy cars Will become Ash, besides loss of human lives
If authorities are reading this,do take some action as a deterrent for others
Let illegal structures not become a Norm
Writing letters to relevant authorities online and meeting SDM personally, explaining with proofs like MCD approved maps and completion certificate,may show some results
Afterall in metros We are living with hope and survival instinct more

I request the Chief Minister of Delhi to take it up as a test case about the illegalities going on in Delhi - illegal constructions, encroachments, and variety of connection to make the place livable. I hope the Department of Consumer Affairs, GoI, will forward this complaint of Dr. Neelam Nath to the Delhi Police, Fire Brigade Office, and others besides the Chief Minister for detailed investigation and reporting in the LC. more

I have informed authorities as suggested by you but no action is taken during past 2 years,when I met SDM,as suggested by area policemen who used to visit me,get picture clicked with me as a proof that this senior citizen widow,living all alone was registered with area police as a vulnerable senior citizen.
After I met SDM ,2 years ago,nobody has visited my flat.
Cracks & Illegal Structures are Visible to Everyone.
I wrote to Fire Safety,online
I got a reply that illegal structures are not covered by fire safety.
It is duty of MCD & this online reply from Fire Safety was directed to MCD
Last resort for me is to fight a Court Case,which I Cannot do,because the opponents are well connected

Environment and People will DIE if the Earth in utilization is Concreted/Granited. Livelihood Infra is a must to Live. Gross failure in implementing norms OF Directorate of Town and Country Planning and Urban Development Authority since 1985 IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF SUCH CALAMITIES. Both Citizen and Government Bodies are wholly responsible for these dangers from willfully created Environment. Every House and Apartment, Commercial Complex shall have open Earthen area surrounding the Construction and every Layout/Colony shall have Park Land while Trees shall be planted and grown on each Road . Drainage routing for effluent shall be to the Sea in addition to the Effluent Treatment. Increase of Canals, Water Tanks, Reservoirs and Streams are the must to Preserve Livelihood Environment/Climate. EVEN NOW, GOVERNMENTS IN THE WHOLE TERRITORY SHALAL STRICTLY ENFORCE THE NORMS AND CONDITIONS OF DTCP AND UDA while, the Citizen must abide-by the penal actions for not observing these provisions of keeping open earthen place , providing Rain Water Harvesting Pits . This operation shall be implemented even on the Existing Constructions. Lands of Water Streams, Tanks, Drains that are grabbed, shall be Seized back demolishing the illegal Constructions. THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO SAVE 'ENVIRONMENT' . Other wise there is no use please. This such is to be brought in awareness of public too . more
