Itvis not the age hat shuld be considered, the motive isvi think mist imoertantin rape cases.. If the rape is done by a 80 years / 14 year/ 30 years , in all the three situations the victim has to suffer a life ruining experience for the eaxh n evry moment in her life. She can not enjoy her married life wihout stress ( if she got married, seems to b very much nxt to impossible) . if she has to suffer for all of her life then is there certain age which is define by our law is important from her point if view??? Now a days gettin puberty hs come dwn to the age of 10 to 11/15 as compared to ealier age . in case o boys frm d age of 13/14 to 18 years of age. Then wht is use of our outdated age bars??? Age ka excuse leker koyi b aasani se chut sata hai.. Finally jo victim hai us3 t jindagi vhar k liye yad rahega.. Isliye indian peoples in most of the cases me kanoon hat me lena hi prefer karte hai.. I m not justfing that.. Kab tak court k chakkar lagayenge?? Kitna khkahrcha hoga?? Uske bad b kya pata justice apne sath hoga ya nahi.. Ye sab sochkar koyi kanun hath me leta hai ya koyi gup baihna pasand karta hai.. But in both the cases v r pramoting / giving birth to another chain of injustice/ voilence only.. To avoide this v hv to change our laws as fast as possible.. So that v can get the justice very soon which will help comman man to have faith in our judicial system... more

Sir, i really respect your knowledge n faith / trust in our honourable law n justice.. But hv u ever thought abt the victim of rape and their family?? Always they hv ro live a life of ignorance. As if they themselves has done aything wrong n they are the criminals insted of victim.. Has anybody ever imagine that wht would have happen if in the place of that victim our littile daughter would be there.. Then i think we would hv not not wait for the law or may be we would hv thought that this whole procedure is so lengthy that we can not expect anyhing frm this soc.. The rapes which r done by the close relatives r never desclosed... more

Indians since ancient time that none in the world know , had notified and confirmed the age of 14 to treat Children ; and the same was then honoured by the constitution makers specifying the age of 14 in the constitutional article 45 . The weightage given specifically to Children under part III and even part IV and separately under 51 A have specific purpose that all the countries in the world from the recent Era even , accepted and started special concentration and acute implication too .
