Adjournments at District courts.

I have filed a suit at a District court on 22.12.2017.
It was registered on 9.3.2018.
On 9.3.2018, it was adjourned to 5.5.2018 for service.
On 5.5.2018, court was vacant,adjourned to 9.8.2018.
On 9.8.2018, adjourned for filing writ of summons to 15.11.2018.
On 15.11.2018, board discharged. adjourned to 8.2.2019.

It is just one year from the date of filing the case. Who is answerable?

We talk of justice. Where is it? Could any one locate it for me? Any remedy?

Are courts meant for the high and mighty only, when they can be heard after midnight? more

The common man suffers but who - particularly in the judiciary -bothers? This kind ofcallousness on the part of any executive in any organization would have resulted in instant loss of job. more
I will tell you a horrifying story of callousness of courts and their judges. In Central Administrative Tribunal single member bench was hearing an application requesting the tribunal to order implementation of its earlier judgement. The judge delivered a judgement in open court that' the earlier judgement was vague hence the applicant should approach again for clarification'. But the written judgement said that 'the judgement was not vague' and the intelligent judge stopped there without giving judgement on the request for implementation. This is the sad state of our judiciary. Therefore, less we talk about our judiciary less we get angry. Indian judiciary is a parasite on poor common man and serves interest of rich probably by taking hefty bribes. more
Blatant denial of justice is prevailing in the court of justice. It is only because the judiciary is not accountable. Unless the judiciary is made accountable, common man will be keep on suffering and criminal will dominate the society. more
Purpose, Objective, of Law and Section shall mandate the Judgment strictly and neither the Text Nor to be overridden by loopholes, other Sections, benefit of doubts and, insufficient, inadequate prosecution which set off the Justice itself.
This is under practice in several Courts and need to be correctly mandated with specific mandates. more
Adjournments is one thing. In a given matter Pending since 3.5 years and more, the verdict given was/is to file fresh complaints/cases for each of the COMPLAINANT. At the time of arguments it was also Brought to the notice of the Court that all three COMPLAINANTS are the members of same Joint family i.e Husband, wife and Brother and money paid to the Respondent/s were from only of TWO accounts i.e. of H & W and Brother. The fact remained that Undisputed - Neither the Respondents, nor did the Complainants is having any issue whether there should be one complaint(Jointly) &/or separate Complaint of each complainant. The issue was about illegal acts and activities like fraud, cheating, etc of the Respondents. The time, efforts, money and other expenses has to be incurred ONCE again even after 3.5 years further may be of equal &/or more time to litigate. As against the Fraudsters, habitual Criminal Syndicate is enjoying at the cost of Litigant. In present matter only appeared couple of dates. This the System what the Innocent Complainants are facing and the Court even after hearing all above bent upon and Pronounced verdict to file fresh complaints/matters. Should the victim venture once again OR to blame the system and his one faith?????? It raises every doubt that whether there is Justice what we can seek &/Or window dressing only to camouflage that Justice is delivered under reason of some procedural reasons?????? more
I also feel that courts are only for rich who can purchase judges through senior lawyers. more
