Please arrange to provide ticket counter and platform on either side of at-least the reasonably bigger railway stations. By this action, following benefits can be derived by railways: 1] Possibility of ticketless travelers entering in the train & going out of station can be minimized. 2] Possibility of passengers who may come from other side of the Platform & who may be late may not have time to purchase ticket. Counter on both sides of stations will increase income to railways. 3] Possibility of managing the platform will be better as the load of passengers will get spreader to multiple platforms & gates. 4] Present pressure of traffic in front of stations can be minimized. There by Indian Railways may claim for CARBON CREDIT in the international Market. more

Railway officers are not punctual of thair own, public and private party cases are delayed to earn undue benifits. The liability is not being fixed properly. Please make some arrangements to trace the cases by some leagal agency, which can boost up the cases pending with railway department or any government organisation. I have seen that railway oifficers are giving wrong and manipulated reply to RTI applicants. No action is being initiated against defaulters but corrupt officers get organised creating safety apron for the offender within the department. Also they arrfange to victimise the person for further pending services. more

The roof of trains must be equipped with solar panel to save electric consumption. All trains must be run by electric energy or by cng. Use of crude oil be stopped in all sense. more

Railways should invite big chains to open outlets at the station to make the food quality better and hygienic, instead of giving it to small time vendors or even IRCTC. IRCTC created Comesums at the Delhi stations are fairly hopeless and are fleecing a captive customer base since there is not much option for people to go to. Creating competition would be beneficial for consumers without any extra costs to railways. more
