A serious group of Local Circle particpants ready to file PILs against the prevalent non-performing policies of the government.
There should be a legal cell associated with the local circles, which should file PILs based on the fruitful discussions that happen here. Of course, that may happen if the participants involved in the particular discussions are really serious to move forward in the right direction(This would consume both the time and the money). Getting involved through an NGOs would also be a right way. As in India, cases take years to bring someone a verdict, one has really got to be serious to take the onus of the same. And right verdicts would help masses in the long run. more

I am okay to proceed with arranging the meet. We should wait for a while, say till the 30th of March, and plan the meet for the mid of April. Lets wait to have some more people showing their intention to Join. We need a work force so that all are comfortable handling their personal, professional and social responsibilities. more

I fully agree and endorse the idea. today one of the main reason for indias position today is failure of govt. departments and judiciary to perform their assigned duty properly. I can quote how they have failed and have complained to every authority concerned without any response including chief justice of india. It is the need of the hour. more
