In Lok adalat, Arbitration & Mediation Only the parties & NOT advocates should be allowed. This will lead to fast, correct & economical justice.

Educating Law was different till 90s. We had best Judgments upto 90s. The Ruling Wings succeeded in diluted status as at 84 itself where S.C.staged that it will take a 10 years time to complete the pending cases of previous 10 to 15 years . EVEN AFTER APEX DELIBERATED THE NEED OF STRENGTHENING JUDICIARY in 84 itself , all the Courts in the Country were so cornered with INSUFFICIENT No. OF COURTS ;; AND ;; INADEQUATE No. OF JUDGES and made the whole Judiciary and Justice in India so far from Constitutional Object, Concept and Directives. GOI move and this week S.C. proposing 12 Special Courts to deal cases of MLAs, AND, MPs may concrete a first step for the requisite Codes, Regulations on Political , Election and, Legislating Houses which may help in addressing the various inter connected and relevant issues of Justified Justice in terms of JUSTICE AT MORALITY, HUMANITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE . more

I am sick and tired hearing from the justice delivery system in the country the reasons ( actually excuses and sermons) as to why justice cannot be delivered on time! This itself proves that the system needs a thorough re-engineering. Mr Sankara Narayana Pillai's response is a classic example of thinking the justice delivery system. Can people involved start thinking how to make it happen rather than simply thinking out all reasons as to why it cannot be done at all? What can you expect from such people in terms of accountability to the people of this country? more
