Deepak Khanna

I have booked a flat in unitech unihomes phase 2, sector 117 ,Noida in 2009. Even after paying timely installments for 5 years ( only last three installments are left) , a good amount of money which is 21 lacs, Unitech has stopped construction. No one responds to calls and there is no one in unitech who is taking accountability. Possesion is not being given and there is darkness & uncertainty. Please advise. more

Mr. Deepak Khanna, There is no option. You have complaint in consumer court only from there you can hope get your problems solved otherwise in other court forget to lisaten your grievances. more

VERY DIFFICULT DAYS FOR THE COUNTRY MORE PARTICULARLY FOR THE COMMON MAN AND THE POOR. ITS NOW ON THE PART OF THE GOVT TO MAKE LAWS THAT PROTECTS THE INTERESTS OF THE COMMON AND THE POOR CLASS. more
