Apropos of what Mr. Ratti Extross has commented posting is done as follows:
The Local Circle can submit a White Paper to Law Department and Law Commission as summary of the views expressed in their postings in the Local Circle which has about two lakh members. It can only be hoped that sooner or later amendments to the Law will be passed to address the menace faced by litigants. more

hOW LONG WE WILL BE OPPRESSED FROM BRITISH TYPE OF COSTLY JUDICIARY SYSTEM? IT DO NOT SUPPORT TO THE 98%OF PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT RICH OR LORDS.enough IS ENOUGH REFORM IN OUR JUDICIARY IS A MUST IN THE INTEREST OF POOR WHO CAN AFFORD IT?other Wise JUSTICE IS DELAYED AND DENIED TO THE POORS WHO JUST CAN NOT GO FOR PROLONG JUDGEMENTS more
Law in our country is for rich persons, political goons and for thieves. The system should be changed. But due to vested interests it cannot be changed as there is big chunk of people whose livelihood belongs. This matter is being debated from ages but no results to help a common man. more
Sir, Legislature has enough powers to make reforms and make judiciary accountable to the people. What we need is an honest and popular lawyer as a Law Minister in the Centre as well as in States. Persons with dubious past, criminal records and bogus degrees will always be afraid of the courts and cannot think of any reforms. Atleast in the centre, a prestigious lawyer should be made as the Law Minister. We should urge PM to do this urgently. more
1, Sri Sastry Vemuri , in addition to the positive public access step envisaged through these local circles , as I had been setting forth , there is the absolute need of a separate Circle to deal the Public Interest issues under " Redress Public Interest & Grievance " the non existence of which only the root cause of non carry of the Democratic Directives in India . 2. Sri Sitaram Dhaniwal , the Laws reformed after 1948 on account of the Code of " FAMILY IN INDIA " is the best and still , some further issues that recommended by the Rao's Committee in 1948 , were not set in the Law . The amendment of 2005 , if you think in yourself also is very dangerous to our Indian Society . But, the issues are 2 here . First one is that the male spouse Family definitely pat with all if the Widow do not separate for their { HER } own Family and the issue of dispute and disaster take place when she opts to be away and independent. The second one is that the amended act 2005 stipulates the Female in the territory of India , by birth irrespective of the Birth date , entitle and qualifies for her legal right from her Fathers' Property . Here also the human consideration of her living where will naturally take its place in the & her Family i.e., Her Husband's Family . There is absolute need of necessary reforms in the application of judiciary in addressing the nature of cases that effect the Poor , common and natural public . Though the Courts had taken specific steps for the issues of Divorce , the real disastrous cases are so neglected to deliver the Verdict in months at cheaper Court Fee Just like on Public interest Issues . more
