it may be reuired for asking grant from Govt but the scholl should have first circulated proper notice. more

I think this is to obviate schools showing false number of students and gobbling the grants. If implemented properly the grant will go to the student's or his/her parents account and they can then pay the fees to any school of their choice. more

Sri SN Gupta is very correct . The Govt. Machinery just shirking their responsibility in adding or deleting of Name in Ration Card , Voter Card , and the same way , this Aadhar Card and is only due to the lethargy and negligence that was become chronic . more
