Prabhu ji ..online booking of unreserved tickets and platform tickets must be allowed to reduce rush on the queues because early morning its not possible to reach desired station and take tickets as well and it will promote paperless ticketing and increase revenues more

Railway need to act on complains given in complain book. As of now there is no stringent action. if getting multiple complains on same issue then there is some issue. Station master should be more accountable for station cleanup or any issue relevant to station premises and travellers. They should take complain as a positive sign and bring improvement than taking it as hindrance to their work. Citizen forum should be involved to monitor. As of now cameras are installed but there is no proper monitoring happening. Hawkers and touts roam freely in station premises. Littering very common but no action from any RPF. RPF need to improve their quality than sitting idle in their office doing nothing and wasting public money in way of salary. Station master should be accountable to RPF performance and he should have control of every thing happening in his station. more  
1. Installation of electronic display of arriving stations inside the compartment entry and exit door - along with announcement of the station"s name would ease out discomfort of searching for the name of the station during mid night hours. 2. Changing the TATKAL booking timing from 10 am to previous time of 8 am - which helps in reducing the waiting hours by saving time of the aspirant passengers, to reach their respective offices in time. 3. Unauthorised entry of beggars and vendors inside the train and platform should be controlled by TTE and TTEs should be given the additional powers - to ensure the safety of lady passengers in night. 4. Unreserved / Ticketless passengers must be forced to travel ONLY IN GENERAL COMPARTMENT. Reserved compartments should be automatically locked for in between stations and should be opened from inside only at convenience. Door once closed in transit stations should be automatically locked and digitally controlled. These points must be analyzed and implemented for effective railways functioning and for ensuring the safety of lady passengers. more  
Eunuchs & hawkers' nuisance are more trouble some than the bedbugs in the trains. It should be stopped. Only authorized hawkers to be allowed in side the compartment more
