For website develop we paid advance money to web developer and without any work deal got cancelled and developer's Manager's said he will return the money but still 4 months he hadn't returned and now he stopped responding to phone. i transferred money online to his account and he is another city. Please help how we can file police complaint to get our money back. Please help more

Mr Dhruv Khosla has rightly pointed out that Mr Sanjay was using Social Media to get a problem solved. There may be several other people who may be facing similar problems. As far issues of National Importance are concerned Parliament is the best forum to discuss or Newspaper columns could also be used. more

Dear Sanjay referring to your issue you may not be able to file a complaint till you have a proof that a person has cheated you for which you need to show payment receipt. I agree and second Dhruv suggestion - leverage social media to share your not so good experience with the people more

For Dhruv Khosla - It is reaffirmed that the basic idea for creation of the Local Circle was to highlight on the national issues under different heads and finding out collective suggestions for their effective solutions once for all. But in recent days, it is observed that the trend of referring personal issues and solutions sought for is on increase, majority of which have no relation with our principal subjects expected to be debated on national basis. Justifying the trend for the sake of examples will ultimately convert the Forum into a Platform for redressing personal issues of our individual members. more
