May I seek some advise regarding my own Pension, which was denied to me so far.
I have to my credit 11.5 years of service in Central PWD and later 28 years with Airports Authority of India.
Though I have tried my best and approached the Supreme court of India, my appeal was turned down.

The main cause was while obtaining NOC from CPWD, they had taken an undertaking from me that I will not claim any benefits for the service, I have rendered with them as a pre-condition to provide me NOC.

Kindly advise me.

To whom to blame and to whom not to blame everybody is on the upper hand of their committed crimes. For one simple judgement on the land grabbing case after verifying of both the parties documents the court of law took more than two and half decades proper judgement is not given and the compromise had been happened by loosing the grabbed land by the grabber. Judges and lawyers are surveying only in Indian laws. A simple question is that 1965 document is valid one or the 1972 document is valid one which is a very simple issue which cannot be solved by the court of law. more
If CJI goes emotional before the world for the pendency of cases and need for the appointment of more number of Judges, then, he must propose justifiable National Judicial Appointment procedure too. There is a saying that the strength of the chain lies in its weakest link. We find Government is the largest litigant on the one side and Individual citizen on the other. I have been a whistle blower. My Hon'ble High Court, Justice rolls down Hill with a single Judge in my WP 25571/2003. In my WA 1384/2008 the Hon'ble Judge writing the Judgement for bench ignores the main prayer, the written submission and even ignores the serious observation of the brother Judge sitting on the bench. In the SLP (C) 292/2012; in deciding the simple offer & acceptance, either SC must uphold or dismiss. But how can there be a compromise that shatters the Constitutional provision, a National Obligation, a stated state Policy can be muddied and shatter the self esteem besides very many supporting rules and Office Memorandums? This a whistle blower like me cannot and will not take lying down. If Supreme Court is the last resort for Justice, then it must be just that and not otherwise. If the hard core criminals have provision to seek Clemency, then Whistle blower definitely has Protection and State policy under Art 51 (A), Office memorandums and rules connected to it, is not to be muddied. Constitution of India is the Holy Scriptures. I respect it and expect every one to respect it. K.S.Nagarajan more
