ADVISE & SUGGESTION ON PUBLIC ESSENTIAL NECESSITIES ISSUE – 1.
1. Article 44 of Indian Constitution provides for securing Uniform Civil Code throughout the Territory of India for all the Citizen .
2. The avoidance of securing uniform Civil Code for all Indian Citizen had been creating much public unrest in many issues leading to created rivalry even which is diluting Fraternity in India . Indians only need to work for prevail and improve fraternity and unity within the Country life-lead .
3. During the period 1991- 95 the Supreme Court of India once clearly stated that “ since 1950 a number of governments have come and gone but they have failed to make any efforts towards implementing the constitutional mandate under Article 44 of the Constitution consequent to which the courts are facing many cases pertaining to bigamy .
Even then, the Congress Governments and the other governments continued the Social unrest , Natural injustice , and thus rocked down the People of India towards habitual disruptions and disaster .
Sirs , In my opinion , any public administration or a Democratic Rule whether Independent or , under Organizational management of any other Sovereign , shall not neglect Equal application of Laws and shall not ignore Uniformity to prevail and carry Unity and fraternity .
It is also absolutely necessary that every Democratic government shall always think of only Equal and Uniform application of Laws & Rules even in addressing the welfare measures or Economic benefits just like fulfilling in the cases of natural calamities and disaster .
Kindly help for the public interest with your vital legal suggestions on this please. more

Professor Sri Rama Kumar is also perfectly correct in establishing the facts of the recognition of Directive Principles and the Fundamental Responsibilities . The criticisive attitude might have also lead to some sort of Understanding that the article 51 A only speaks of only Citizen Responsibilities & Duties . Thank you all for the requisite participation please . more
Fundamental rights cannot be without fundamental responsibilities . Pl. see article 51 ARTICLE 51A: No one (govt. or citizen) can overlook the importance of the protection and improvement of environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wild life, reflected in the Constitution of India, especially under directive principles (fundamental duties) which proclaims in clause (g) of article 51A that “It shall be the duty of every citizen of India” (fundamental duty) “to protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wild life, and to have compassion for living creatures”. EXPLANATION: The Directive Principles are guidelines for the framing of laws by the government as is set out in Part IV of the Constitution of India. Directive Principles of State Policy and Fundamental Duties are sections of the Constitution of India that prescribe the fundamental obligations of the State to its citizens and the duties of the citizens to the State. These sections comprise a constitutional bill of rights for government policy-making and the behavior and conduct of citizens. These sections are considered vital elements of the constitution, which was developed between 1947 and 1949 by the Constituent Assembly of India. more
