The divorces are now a days have become point of no return because of it being lucrative as pointed out rightly a business model. All are working hand in glove. In fact if I say it should be granted as a separate business model under a separate category for GDP purpose, it may not be wrong to say like that. Even the SC guidelines seems to be of no use when handling 498a. The parents seems to have become greedy as the eyes start blinking on hearing that they can even extort few crore rupees. If there is a complaint under 498a/406 or torture, violence etc. then why the issue of money comes into while dealing with such complaints. Basically the laws enactors have itself given as a source of inspiration to file the fake complaints. In one of a case being monitored closely a grand father of a girl was calculating the amount that he can demand at the rate of Rs. 10,000/- per day. It calculated the amount to be Rs. 30 Lakhs for a marriage of 300 days and demanded accordingly. Now it is for the members to see whether is it not a business industry and what to say calculating the amount on such formula. more

The observations of Sri Uday GB are correct . But , this prominent issue which has been hampering the Indian Society shall also not to be dragged or set aside like the S.C. findings and directions to the Executing Governments in the prime issues of Family and Marital Status in India , Adverse effects of Religious Conversions and , the sufferings of general public due to not adopting and implementing the Uniform Civil Code . The Indian Law Council is to be fast urged to Save the people 's Heritage of this Country . more

Sir, Indian council of law is responsible for degrading the ancient Indian traditions and people's heritage on the plea of women empowerment, which is responsible for the prevailing social evils. I hope Indian law council will realize it and amend the laws accordingly. more

It is the fact that there are several matters wherein the undue advantage was taken and the Hon'ble Apex Court as well as Hi-court had taken the cognizance of the same. However the numbers are still growing. Nevertheless there is ray of Hope to state that the system will take its own way to get streamlined. more
