That is not correct, there are many people from the legal background who are in the boards of various corporate bodies, hospitals, development authorities. The lawyers come with a non-accountability matter (which they cannot do in the corporate sector). The only sector, the lawyers play well is corporate bodies. more

We need to have professional investigating systems, before matters go to the courts. Instead of basing judgements on fictitious evidences, one neds to have professionals who can diferentiate between genuine matters and non-genuine matters. more

The Promise and commitment of Lawyers after acquiring Law Degree stands as bound and hence only Law Commission proposed Accountability . Since the Verdict is dependent on the proofs submitted as well as the Section number that was selected while the Clients may deceive with created facts , this issue became debatable . I think this is true please . more
