We don't know what will be happened in future for the next generation when we will not here. Why the criminals rules will not be reproduced without any hesitatetion. It should be clear for everyone. As where there is a will there is a way. God bless all more  

I am not an Advocate.But I know that at the beginning of my criminal case [which I won later on appeal] I was asked if I had faith in the court [or something like that]. So. if you do not have faith you may say so. Of course, if the magistrate/ judge is any way connected to the case or to the complainant or defendant, then he is expected to recuse himself. But I am not sure if the same can be applied in the Consumer court. I shall request some advocate to clarify when I go to court next. more  

Shri Shankar Saran, could you consider filing a request for transfer of the case to another judge citing special favour being shown to the tenant. Then it could be the judge is related to the tenant, which would mean he has to recuse himself from the case. You may stand a better chance with a changed judge. L.Kalavathi Retd. The crux of the problem is that judges are not held accountable for their decisions/orders. When a student gives the wrong answer to a question, he is penalised by being given low marks. But nothing happens to a magistrate/judge if he passes an Order that tantamounts to saying 1+1 =3!I have had similar cases of harassment and miscarriage of justice in 1 criminal case and 3 consumer cases. I appealed against the orders in the criminal case and won! The judge was really a godsend for me. I then complained to the CJ, High Court but no reply is received as yet.As regards the consumer cases, I appealed to the State Commission and won 3 appeal cases! 3 more are pending. I see no advantage of having lower courts when their orders get overturned by the higher courts, and then the CJI says our courts are overloaded with a backlog of some 30 lakh cases and a large number of vacant positions in the judiciary. But look at the enormous loss of my time and money in appeals. This is a serious issue and everybody knows this. But no one in authority is trying to improve the system because a weak system is to the authority's advantage. That is why violence and anti-national activities like Maoists are on the rise in our country. No person is born a terrorist from his mother's womb.The society makes him so. I won't be surprised if an uprising like the French Revolution takes place in India also in the near future and just as Queen Antionette was beheaded, many heads will roll in India too. China shoots some 500 corrupt officers every year to keep its system corruption - free. Just see the rampant corruption all around in India. Every SHO and every clerk in government thinks himself to be the Viceroy of India! Minister who are supposed to be servants of the society, pride themselves in having flashing red lights on their cars! They even have the audacity to assault airline staff with chappals! Schools are in a mess; teachers have fake certificates; there is no toilet, blackboard or chalk in hundreds of schools; complaints of corruption are ignored; police harasses the public; fruits and ripened by carbide gas; vegetables are coloured by toxic paints yet FSSAI is sleeping! Bank loans in PSU banks are misused with the connivance of bank managers. Rapists are having a field day across the country! In Saudi Arabia rape cases are decided with 48 hrs or so. Defence personnel are ill-treated fighting for OROP since years. Yet our MPs are served subsidised chicken - rice at the tax payer's expanse!! What a grave tragedy in a country that has millions below the poverty line ......... the list is endless. I cannot give a solution.Nature has to find its own solution. Just one Yogi Adityanath and one Mr Modi cannot change this wretched country.We need hundreds of them! more
