Advocates are called legal advocates. I.e going by rules, books and how you interpreted. Judges are called learned judge. I.e. They should give judgement based on facts of case and deciding morally as to who is right and who is wrong and how much punishment to be given to wrongdoer. As such, citing previous case references or delay delaying for evidence or absenteeism and delaying the case should normally not occur once the case is fitted in the mind. Kotwani JI suggesst file a case against the chairman and the secretary of the society. By the way sir any such changes has to be first bought up in the AGM and has to be approved by all present (owners) as per bye law one flat is to be allotted one parking lot - even that can be charged if the society law is approved and any additional parking etc. decision is to be taken in an AGM more

I have been Parking my 3 vehicles in my Society Vimal UdyogUdyog Bhavan Matunga having my units on ground floor for from more than 35 years all of sudden the new managing committee all of sudden issued letter to me stating Payment of charges of rs6000 per car parking n alloting only one car park immediately n delivered the circular at 6pm.& office was closed .I paid the amount the next day morning for 2 car Parkings &Shocked to know society Offered all the Parkings to other members n rejected my application saying I was Late ,now opposite my units other members r parking their cars as my Entry is blocked & As per Fire rules Entry &Exits opp the units & Compound cannot be blocked & Society bearers Are not cooperating & not allowing my car parking in our premises I need legal advice more
