In case the complaint is not got registered then you can file private complaint in the nearest Court U/s 156. Moreover there are clear verdicts of SC & HC for registering the Crime against woman IMMEDIATELY. more

Kanchanji, A chargesheet is done by the I.O ( Investigating Officer). A lay person like you and me cannot do that. The events as they progressed can be related and taken on record by the I.O. For 498A, you have to get a FIR done through your nearest Police Station and also approach THe Women Cell,nearest to your Residence. more

Dear, First of all ,I would like to know the subject in detail. According to subject. Than we would refer the matter to expert at desired level that is High Court or Supreme Court. As on date we take matter in Delhi, Utrakhand and Uttarpradesh as far as High Courts are concerned to laws of subject of state. For central we handle all over India.
