Our society is Bhoop Apartment an its registered under Apartment. In pune, The society secretary n treasure have not done audit for 20years and when asked they keep making various excuses. The apartment only 14 members. And they indirectly refuse to get down from their position. How can these people be punished ? more  
Provision for All the apartments and building associations should be registered with Cooperative House Building Society with certain standard code of conducts. After getting registration, representative of Cooperative House Building Society should be invited through circular with agenda for monthly meetings and AGM with well in advance intimation. After the meeting, Minutes of Meeting should be served to all the owners and copy to representative. Any grievance or complaints may be dealt with in presence of the representative, President, Secretary and concerned member. Provision for yearly auditing the statement of accounts of each association and clean report may be given for future reference. more  
Dear Mr Pandia If the builder is not taking care of the Association / Society, someone has to and irrespective of regd or unregd, there are expenses which have to be shared equally sub owned areas If you are not the regd owner, no one can force you to pay as the flat remains in the builders name and he has to pay It would be prudent to take a No Dues certificate issued by the Association from the builder before you take possession Rgds more  
Yes yours is a problem of not taking possession of property after flat is completed handed over to its owner's ,flat owners form society for maintenance of Appts you can negotiate & have concession from its office bearers like secretary if still maintenance is with builders you can request him to waive the maintenance more  
We have booked a flat in Dist. Thane, Kharbav, by shree Mahavir Patwa Developers, in January 2016 by paying 20% amount of the Peirce. Stil 8 buildings are in the construction out of 78, after this more than 3 years. How can we proceed for refunds with interest and compensation. Pleas guide us. more
