Just one small but very valid question? Can the High Court or Supreme Court dismiss the pleas of petitioner without giving justifications and pass judgement in one line saying sans merit? Isnt it obligatory on the judges to logically justify their verdict by step by step countering valid issues (supported by statuary regulations ) raised by the petitioner? more

The finding of Sri Aniruddha Naik is absolutely correct . In such inspiration , some of our members worked and started a new Circle in the name of NLFNP [ National Legal Forum under NGO provisions ] . In fact , there is the total need of strengthening such Circle specially meant for Public Interest and for Public purpose . This only can take even the NATION fruitful . more
