I do agree with Sh.Ranbir Ghosh that their technical service except in Rainy Days is O.K.Secondly we had to pay for Channels which is part of the package we do not watch. There are number of Channels which are in other languages not known to us. But neither they disconnect the same and reduce the charges nor they are agreeable to provide other Channels in lieu of same.As Mr.Ghosh said My Pack has already been made costliest leaving no choice for the consumer.Tata Sky installed four connections in four rooms in one building in the name of my brothers but they did not tell that multiple room facility is available.As such we had to pay for installations of four connections and are to pay monthly recharge charges for four connections without any rebate which is available in multiple room facility. Further as per their official website some of the HD Channels are free being the part of package. But in first month they provide it free but in next month on recharge the charges for HD Channels are deducted.This has not been advised on phone, during chat or no indication on official website. We wrote why they are charging for HD Channels which are free as per Dhamaka Package but they advised that these will be charged but they are unable to mention this on website.This is clear cheating .One of ID is 8901192580. In this way we rate the service provider as poorest/terrible.
