Tata sky is not visible at the time of raining which may be corrected. Even if the climate is cloud we cannot see the TV programmes.

Good. But better customer value proposition is needed.

They levy heavy charges for visit of service engineers, for changing wire or set-up box etc., for which consumer is not responsible. I had Tata Sky connection. But, due to negative attitude of company, I surrendered it and took cable connection. I don't have much tension thereafter.

Like the mobile connections, is there a DTH-portability? I would love to port-out of TataSky, after putting up with terrible customer support and obnoxious pricing and opaque policies for 9 years! Since TRAI is the common link, will someone from that "Authority" exercise their authority, please?

The charges are on the high end. Billing is ok. Good transmission. I did not encounter any problem. Since I subscribe since I have purchased 42" TV, I did not have comparative opinion. Personally I feel they charge more.
