Tata Motors Services

I am using TATA cars for more than 10 years. Earlier I used TATA Indigo Marina for 8 years and now using Manza for 3 years. My usage is not much but both cars serves the purpose for which I bought TATA cars. In my opinion TATA cars are really value for money. It's running and servicing cost is also very low compare to any other car manufacturers. As such these cars has not given me any major trouble so far, All my routine servicing and any small issues are resolved in Authorised service centre with my full satisfaction at very nominal cost. I heard from other Tata car users that they regularly face shortage of spare parts but I have not face this issue any time. Only issue I find is Tata's authorised service centres are limited and not close by. More over they are always reluctant to provide pick and drop service from there service centre. Agreed that Tata Cars are not as refined as other International Brands but considering its toughness vis-à-vis cost, it is good to by Tata cars for Rough & Tough usage without expecting too much.

Bought TATA INDIGO once just thinking we are Indian and should support Indian Products. Found myself to be foolish and think never to buy TATA car again in life. TATA makes cars without any research and after getting feedback from customer problems tries to improve after two years of launching.

Not that great. Mostly useless staff, slow acceptance of vehicles, slower delivery after service. Disinterested staff.
